How do you place an order?
Step 1: Select the correct product and click on “Add to cart”. You will now be redirected to the check-out page.
Step 2: Fill in your details.
Step 3: Choose the correct payment option and apply a discount code if necessary.
Step 4: Check the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions and indicate that I have checked my order”.
Step 5: Click on “Go to checkout”.
Step 6: Make the payment with the payment method you chose.
Once you have followed all these steps, your order has been placed.
Payment methods
At Nosam we have different ways to pay for your order. We will explain to you what they are and what they entail.
iDEAL
iDEAL is the most used payment method in the Netherlands. At least 60% of Dutch shoppers use it to pay for their online purchases. It is a reliable and easy online payment method that generates a lot of trust. Consumers transfer money from their own account, via their own bank's online banking product. The customer's bank further guarantees the security of the transaction.
iDEAL is seamlessly integrated with the online banking environments of the 10 largest Dutch consumer banks. Customers of these banks can use online banking products to make payments. Participating banks are ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.
The security of the transaction is guaranteed by the customer's bank. In our checkout, customers choose iDEAL and their bank. They will then be redirected to their bank's online banking environment and asked to log in. The amount to be transferred and further payment details have already been filled in, the customer only needs to confirm the payment.
Pay afterwards with Klarna
'Pay afterwards' gives you the option to pay within 30 days. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice via Klarna. You arrange the actual payment yourself with Klarna.
Bancontact
Bancontact works similar to iDEAL. Bancontact is mainly used by our Belgian customers.
Credit card
Paying with a credit card is very easy. All you have to do is fill in your card details and authorize the payment. Cardholders can make purchases on credit and pay later. This payment usually takes place at the beginning or end of the month.
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
Belfius Direct net
Belfius is one of the largest Belgian banks. The bank provides its own payment solution for its customers. Belfius customers can make real-time payments in their familiar banking environment. Information such as payee, amount and description are provided in advance, which eliminates the chance of failed transactions. Payments via Belfius Direct Net are guaranteed and the status is immediately available. This makes the payment method an excellent way to receive payments from Belgian customers.
PayPal
When paying for a purchase, payment is made using only the email address and password of the PayPal account and no other personal or financial information needs to be provided. This makes it a very safe payment method. Payments can also be made via telephone or tablet, making it easy to pay anywhere.
Klarna pay now
Pay now is a flexible payment method where customers can choose from an online bank transfer or a direct debit.
Klarna Slice it
Pay for your order in 3 equal parts with Klarna. Payments will be automatically debited from the registered credit card or linked bank account every 30 days until the order is paid in full.
In3
If you choose In3, you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order, you pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part.
Giropay
Select your bank from the list of participating banks. After selecting the bank, log in to the internet banking environment. In the internet banking environment, the customer views the pre-filled payment details. This may be due to busy parcel services.
KBC/CBC Payment Button
The KBC/CBC Payment Button is an online payment method for customers of KBC and CBC, together the largest bank in Belgium. KBC focuses on Flanders and CBC on Wallonia. The banks offer their customers a payment button, with which they can pay easily and quickly online. Customers pay for their online purchases from their own trusted online banking environment via the KBC/CBC Payment Button. Payments are processed immediately and are guaranteed when paid. Customers can no longer reclaim them.
Maestro
a pre-loadable payment card with which consumers can make (online) purchases within Europe. Just like iDEAL, Maestro payments are guaranteed payments that cannot be reversed by the consumer.
