Returns
Are you not completely satisfied with your ordered item?
What a shame, but of course that can happen! If the items meet a number of conditions, you can always return them to us. We will of course refund the purchase price as soon as possible. We would like to know why the package is being returned, so that we can always improve our quality. For this reason, a return form must always be completed. Please contact our customer service for the returns form. Add the return form to the package so that we can process it!
Return conditions
- Returns can be made within 30 days.
- Products must be in their original condition and have original tags and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be delivered in its original condition.
- The items to be returned do not contain any signs of wear.
NB! If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
Always make sure that your package has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code. Sending your return via letterbox post where you do not receive a Track & Trace code is at your own risk.
As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
When we have received your returned item, we will contact you via a confirmation email. You will receive the purchase amount back into your account within a few days after processing your return!
