What are the costs of shipping?
The shipping costs are €9.95. If your order is over €50, shipping is free.
Will I receive confirmation when my order has been shipped?
We will send you a confirmation of the order within one hour (also check your spam). If something went wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service. They will help you further!
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered within 1 working day (unless otherwise stated).
What if my product is not delivered on time?
We then ask you to wait one more day for your order. This may be due to extreme crowds at the parcel services.
How long do I have a warranty?
We provide a standard 2-year warranty on our products. If your product is delivered defective, we ask you to send some photos to info@nosam.nl. We will then ensure that you receive a new product.
Can I cancel an order?
Canceling an order is certainly possible. However, this must be done within 1 hour of ordering, so that we can still process it. Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service.
How can I return an order?

When can I expect my refunds?
It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
